2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds are generally not available for the following:

Products that have been opened, used, damaged after delivery, or are not in their original condition;

If your request is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected, where applicable.

4. Refund Method & Processing Time

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Processing times may vary between financial institutions and payment providers.

5. Late or Missing Refunds
